As a solo designer on the project, my task was to refresh existing Genesys Cloud UI framework focusing on subset of enhancements to improve overall agent experience.

End-to-end solo re-design of real-time analytics dashboard and reporting tool that integrates with the Genesys Cloud platform to provide contact center managers with key insights into their operations. The tool delivers real-time visibility into metrics like service levels, agent availability, call queue lengths, and more.

Pulse is a real-time analytics application built to provide contact center managers with insights into key performance metrics. It allows users to monitor various KPIs such as service levels, agent performance, call queues, and more—ensuring they can respond to customer needs in real-time.

3 days discovery sprint workshop at Genesys
Co-facilitated 3 days discovery sprint workshop for a project called ‘Consumption Portal’. It was fun filled virtual workshop in Miro. At the end of 3 days, we successfully ironed out the project direction and alignment between stakeholders. As a solo designer on the project - i took the direction we finalized in the workshop and came up with the quick interactive prototype and a final mock-up within two days for usability study.
